Mini Mk1 (1959-1967 with painted dash rail) phone holder. Clips onto the dash rail. PhoneHolder.stl has cutout for Pixel 4A in a Spigen Thin Fit case, with cutouts for speakers and a USB-C cable. Clearly this isn't going to be the right shape for everyone (or possibly *anyone*) so you probably want: PhoneHolder_Blank.stl Make a model of your phone and plug/cable, extrude the screen, and do a boolean subtract to carve out the slot. (Example Pixel4a.stl) For strength, print on its side using tree supports.
