Mini-Minion, Mini-Me and MinionD Blower Support Bracket v2

The Mini-Minion is an excellent light weight fan shroud/duct remix by Anthony Huczek (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4897353). The press fit design provides a uniquely tight seal around the blower, but the fit can get a little loose over time when exposed to heat and a couple fan changes. I have more piece of mind knowing the fan is otherwise mechanically attached to the assembly with screws. I designed a support bracket to hold the blower tightly in place with screws which are also used to secure the hot end fan. Slightly longer than stock screws are required to mount the bracket. M3 X 16mm or longer is recommended. I also recommend backing this up with M3 nuts for added security but the plastic holes in the Mini-Minion may be enough to hold the threads if you don't have spare M3 nuts. The bracket will add 3g to 4 g in addition to the weight of the Mini-Minion and perhaps an additional 1g or 2g from the slightly longer screws. The fit is intended to be snug and fit perfectly for me printed at 100% scale. If it ends up being so tight such that you cannot fully tighten the bottom screws due to tolerances of the blower and/or mini-minion, then adjust the scale in the Z-axis only by a couple percent when printed in the orientation shown in the slicer image provided. Update: Version 2 (11-Oct-2011) - additional clearance for the blower fan length and added a couple gussets to keep the fan from potentially pivoting upwards.
