Mini Mill KLUTCH X axis bearing handle plate
thingiverse
PLEAS READ My original plate was not machined correctly, like anything else. These damn Chinese factories cant even drill holes correctly. They always, i mean ALWAYS drill 1-2mm off where it should be. This plate is made to have holes in the correct location. Holes are elongated specifically to give you some wiggle room up or down, to compensate for the lead screw height. If your holes dont line up left to right, you may want to adjust the lead screw position held by the block which is screwed to the frame. Screws are on the frame directly behind the handle. Bearing must fit inside loosely so it can rotate around when assembled. IF you cant push the bearing assembly in due to shrinking reality of 3d printing, heat the area with hot air and wiggle the bearing around so it can deform plastic around it just enough to become loose. This model is best to be printed in PLA because PLA is more rigid then any ABS or PETG. To minimize flex of the part, i made it thicker as you can see. I suggest printing solid PLA
