https://youtu.be/dXhb_4B9rUQ This design is for KLUTCH 49657 2 speed pulley system 2450 RPM MAX. Bypassing clutch mechanism. No more broken gears. Save Over $100 dollars buying a kit. Using belt: CONTINENTAL - 5M387 NEOTHANE - SAP # 20082987 - UPC: 037256144608 (thats a 5mm wide, 387mm long V belt.) or similar. shorter belt OK, but not longer. At least not too much longer, maybe 10-15mm at most. Print PLA for motor mount and bottom frame because PLA is more rigid. Print ABS or PETG for pulleys. If you can turn pulleys on a lathe from aluminum or some kind of plastic stock like derlin or ABS or nylon. It will be allot better then printed pulleys. Large pulley has 4 additional holes for set screws. Those screws are M6x1.0 Then are used to hold the large pulley attached to the spindle. I recommend to TAP the holes before screwing the set screws in place. Obviously you would do that if you make these pulleys from aluminum or something else. Print in provided orientation with support.
