I decided to give printing with TPU a shot, figuring it would make the switch boxes more heat resistant and way more fun. The lid fits perfectly on the bottom supporting lip because there's zero tolerance between them - so it slips on easily and stays put like a charm. If you print it with something stiff, you'll need at least 0.1mm of tolerance on all four lip edges to get it just right.
