Mini-Maker
thingiverse
I'm thrilled to reveal that my MakerBot has produced a 44-gram, 7 cm miniature replica called the "mini-maker," weighing 0.2 scale for 3D printing ease. The Google SketchUp file provides full-sized and scaled parts for printing. To avoid overhang issues, print the three components separately, with notches ensuring centered placement. The mini-maker's body is blue, while the plastruder is white. A round toothpick simulates the heater/nozzle by fitting into a 2mm square hole in the insulator barrel. Notably, counter-sunk holes and bolts through the build platform expand usable space while safeguarding the nozzle from damage.
With this file you will be able to print Mini-Maker with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Mini-Maker.
