Mini Lounge Set
thingiverse
We launched an incredible project that showcases the amazing capabilities of 3D printing. A compact lounge set was created to be a fantastic demonstration of your 3D printer's potential, impressing friends and family with its sleek design. Kids will love this awesome hobby project! The designs were scaled down from 1:1 to a reasonable size (4.56%) to minimize filament waste, but the scale can be adjusted based on individual needs. Our DIY Electronics Prusa i3 Premium printer was used for printing all models except for the sofa cushions, which we'll explain soon. The filaments used include: Black, Grey, and White - ESun PLA Brown - ESun Woodfill (0.8mm nozzle used instead of 0.4mm for other filaments) Red - Esun TPU (We utilized a Creality CR10S Pro to achieve perfect retraction and backpressure due to TPU's tricky nature) TPU was chosen for the cushions to add an extra "squishy" effect. Design work was done on Fushion 360 by our in-house designer, then sliced using Cura slicing software. We hope you have as much fun with this project as we did!
