Mini Loudspeaker Horn

Mini Loudspeaker Horn

Inspired by Tom's recent video, I thought I'd share this design which has been collecting dust for a while now. (https://youtu.be/3cyOi3ThyPg) This design features a double horn folded in half with an integrated phase plug, making it perfect for use with small speakers measuring around 40mm in diameter. Mounting holes are strategically placed 54mm apart, but feel free to experiment without them - simply hold the design over your speaker as long as it has a flat surface. The beauty of this design lies in its ability to print in one piece without any supports required, provided you have good bridging capabilities. When assembled correctly, the longer folded horn produces bass notes while the small horn in the front handles treble. Keep in mind that sound quality could use some improvement, but that's where the Fusion 360 file comes in - edit away and tweak to your heart's content! The timeline within the file may be a bit of a mess, but it'll give you a clear idea of how everything came together.
