This remix serves three purposes: 1) It enables moving the Z-axis lead screws slightly forward. 2) It requires less material to print while still being robust enough. I am driving both lead screws with a single stepper motor. They are connected with a 900mm GT2 belt and two 60-tooth pulleys. Moving the lead screws closer was essential in this setup for proper belt tension.
