Mini Lathe Pulley
prusaprinters
This part fits very tight. The hole for the motor shaft is zero clearance. Your printer should be well tuned for mechanical parts printing. I printed out of ABS and was able to tap it onto the motor shaft using a dowel and dead blow hammer without too much force. You may have to flip the model in your slicer so the large side is down on the plate. I used 0.2 layer height and build plate only tree supports and it printed fine. It is currently working on my lathe. The old original one snapped and I didn't want to wait for the replacements to be shipped to me.Part# 148 for Harbor Freight models listed. My settings:0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layer height, 4 walls, 5 top and bottom, 100% infill, tree supports, ABS, 270/110 on G10 or PEI
