Here's a custom-made three-speed belt-pulley system specifically designed for your Emco Unimat mini-lathe motor. To securely attach the pulley to the motor, use an M3 screw and accompanying M3 nut (picture 3). A convenient small pocket within the pulley allows for easy insertion of the nut into its bore (picture 2), eliminating reliance on a thread cut directly into the pulley itself - a solution that may not hold up for long. Key dimensions of the three available pulleys include: - 50mm diameter - 33mm diameter - 18mm diameter Pulley specifications also reveal a bore diameter of 8.5mm and a belt groove diameter of 5mm.
