This design was created solely for demonstration purposes, and the mini-lathe itself is not intended to work with any type of material. The Lathe Chuck used in this project was designed by bobwomble, and can be downloaded from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:624625. Approximately 700 grams of filament were used to print all the pieces, using PLA and a 0.6mm nozzle with a layer height of 0.4mm. To complete this project, you will need to print the following quantity of parts: 1 x Base Carro Orientável 1 x Cabeçote 1 x Carro Orientável 3 x Manipulo 4 x Base Guia Linear 1 x Base Longitudinal 1 x Carro Transversal 1 x Carro Longitudinal 1 x Castelinho Superior 1 x Castelinho Inferior In addition to the printed parts, I also used the following materials in my project: 8 608ZZ Ball Bearings 12 LM8UU 22 M8 Nuts I also required the following threaded rod: M8 Threaded Rod: 1 piece with a length of 450mm 1 piece with a length of 250mm 1 piece with a length of 200mm Linear guide 8mm: 2 pieces with lengths of 400mm 2 pieces with lengths of 190mm 2 pieces with lengths of 120mm Additionally, I used the following fasteners: 1 Hex Bolt M8x20 2 Hex Bolts M8x60 (1 for Castelinho and 1 for lathe chuck) 8 Allen Bolts M5x30 3 Allen Bolts M3x50 12 M3 Nuts You can find more of my projects on my YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/c/NicolasExposito1.
