I therefore created a 3D-printable replacement based on the dimensions of the original gear (and a new bushing). It's essentially a copy of this: http://lmscnc.com/1106. Many mini lathes made in China share similar parts, so this gear should work well on many of them. Check out the "Used On" chart on the LMS page linked above to see if it will likely fit your lathe. I tested it on my LittleMachineShop HiTorque 5200 lathe and it works perfectly. Some Harbor Freight Central Machinery lathes and some Grizzly ones are listed on the chart too.\r\n\r\nPrinting with a strong filament is absolutely essential, and I used polycarbonate at 100% infill. I've included one model with a >PC< material marking because I've seen the material type molded into some parts like that and it looks very official. There's also a model without that.
