Mini Lasercut coffee tamper
thingiverse
I take this little espresso maker with me wherever I go, so naturally I needed a compact coffee tamper to match it for travel. To get what I wanted, I quickly conjured up a design in dxf and then brought it to life using acrylic and plywood. Now that I have them both, I'm inclined to say the plywood one is my top choice. Thankfully, my K40 laser cutter - which I picked up from a reputable Chinese seller on eBay - allowed me to bring this project to completion.
