These are the 3D printed part designs that go with my Instructable on how to make a Mini Laser Engraver Safer And Better. They can be used with any SuperCarver-style "Laser Engraver Printer Cutter Carver DIY Engraving Machine" unit sold for between $80 and $150, and I have applied them to a 1000mW @ 405nm HTPOW unit. See the before and after photos above. Here's a video from my webcam inside the engraver - it's not sped-up; this is the actual engrave speed. These machines can cause serious harm very quickly. As a maker, I see both good and bad potential in these little engravers. You are responsible for safely configuring and operating your laser. I'm just sharing what I did to reduce risks and improve functionality on my machine.
