This is a mini Pixar lamp assembly design with 3mm washers at joints for smoother movement (suitable printing thickness). It features a high-brightness white LED (10mm diameter) and a base for two 1.5V penlight batteries and a common mini switch. The LED requires 3.4V without series resistors, while batteries and the switch are in series. Drill a hole for power supply wires on LED support and bell; use brass screws (3mm) for positive contacts and shaped brass tongue held by brass screws for negative contacts.
