Mini Kossel Basic Dual Extruder Effector

I updated the gallery pictures to show the new print of this, where the original effector body was an older version which was slightly thinner due to incorrect design constraints. Also please note the probe tower was accidentally printed in reverse due to incorrect wiring settings but it should be possible to deploy the probe automatically if it's printed right. If someone finds otherwise I can adjust the positions of the various mounting holes to make it work better for all users. Please post any feedback below! This thing is a basic dual extruder effector for Mini Kossel which was derived from the Kossel source SCAD with modifications to accommodate 2 hot ends using interchangeable hardware components and standardized threading techniques. The following were done: Increased the thickness of the effector for added structural support Increased the diameter of the center circle to accommodate two hot ends side by side while keeping Delta measurements unchanged, so the same carriages can be reused with this design update More mounting holes have been provided to make up for those that are obstructed due to the new positioning of the hot ends New fan bracket/groove mount designed for a 30mm fan in an attempt to minimize air blown directly on the heater blocks New probe tower designed to take advantage of the additional space while minimizing its footprint The M5 thread or non-threaded holes for NPT / M10 push fit adapters remain optional so that users can choose between using these parts or standard Kossel mounting hardware In order to achieve reliable results and avoid excessive thermal stress I highly recommend printing with a HIPS, ABS, or similar temperature-resistant filament material at high temperatures. After some experiments, I found great performance from perimeters printed with 4-5 layers @ 0.35mm nozzle on an FDM extruder along with a 25% honeycomb PLA infill pattern that results in lower shrinkage / warping of the part compared to solid HIPS or single color filaments. Mounting hardware for all components is based upon the standard Mini Kossel configurations with one notable exception being that you should use an M5 thread or non-threaded holes, which provide users options such as larger adapters when they are required. For users interested in understanding my preferred setup configuration and related accessories used during these print trials and optimizations including specific parts specifications, hot ends from RP1 labs maker gear have been tested; they work well alongside an FDM extruder due to their unique designs which support rapid cooling/heating through direct air flow path minimization. Standard j head based on makersGear groove mounts are supported equally under these operating parameters while keeping compatibility in mind, and for more flexibility RP1's modular components (exchangeable heater bars /nozzles etc.) made quick and simple adjustments possible by reducing labor involved switching between types of materials due mostly due improved ergonomic integration; therefore you'll still enjoy consistent output without over-engineering every change required throughout entire product life cycle ensuring overall durability also maintained under demanding operating conditions as expected!
