Ever wanted the man behind Prusa by your side? Then this is just the thing for you!

Here's a desk-size Mr Prusa to oversee your prints. Mini-Josef can't talk like the Original, but for that he can wobble his head, while his arms and legs swing from side to side. He stands comfortable on top of a Miniatur-Prusament-Spool, and is always there for you, if you need someone to wiggle with.

Well, there's not much else to say about Bobble-Josef, except that you should always take good care of him.

Everything was printed in PLA+ with a 0,4mm Nozzle.

The lower part is printed almost 100% massive, so that it's nice and heavy, making it better for swinging. The upper part, however, is exactly the opposite and almost hollow, so that it's easier for the legs to get the arms swinging.

The spring was printed with 5 outer walls (which is more than enough…)

The head was printed face up, as slow as possible with a layer hight of 0,1mm to get as much detail as possible. Also, he was made rather heavy, so he can swing easier.

Everything is designed, so that he can be clipped together. But if you still have problems, you can just use a bit of super-glue.

In case you want to paint it like I did, make sure you don't paint the top or bottom of the spine, because the tolerances were measured very precisely and it might become harder to put the pole in the head and platform (The holes for the connectors should also be avoided, or else Little Josef will have trouble swinging.)

While printing the spool, I changed the filament on the layer with the text, to give the Text more contrast (with me it was from layer 16 to 21 at 0.2mm layer hight)

I'm sure that Prusa Jr. can be scaled up and down, but I haven't tried it myself. Also, I wouldn't scale it too much in either direction, because the spring might get too weak or strong.

If you have trouble getting the connectors in, print them again with a smaller scale, but make sure you don't change the upper and lower connector too much, because they have to hold everything together strongly.

If I made any mistakes or should make some changes to the files, feel free to write me.

Happy Printing
