Mini Hovercraft
thingiverse
I got some mini quadrocopter gear over, so I built this hovercraft to fit my Ender 3 printer.\r\n\r\nThe components I used were Kiss 24A ESC's and BrotherHobby Returner R4 2206 2300KV motors, connected to a PDB mainly to get 5v for an Eachine AIO Camera/VTX and Frsky FrSky X4RSB receiver. This was the setup I had available at the time.\r\n\r\nNote: The plastic pegs on the rudders that hold the rudder bars are a bit fragile, so I've replaced most of them with screws or a small piece of wire that I heated and melted into the rudder. I might redesign this in the future.\r\n\r\nhttps://youtu.be/sxu90_0dEj0\r\n\r\nEdit 190107; I added "ring Large.stl" and "bottom Large.stl" for improved stability. The ring is made of TPU and the bottom is PLA.\r\n\r\nEdit 190202: I added rudder_v2.stl and rudder middle_v2.stl with 2mm holes for screws to hold the top bars instead of the plastic pegs.
