My first prototype is taking shape, consisting of two parts. It's still printing, so I'm not sure if it will fit together seamlessly yet. To accommodate experimentation with flexibility, I've added a whole model that can be used as a reference point. The addition of a 44mm stainless steel plate, 2mm thick, provides ample space for up to 12 or 13 plates - though I've lost count. As for printing materials, I'm unsure due to the use of sodium hydroxide as an electrolyte. However, if a non-caustic electrolyte is used, there may be more options available. It's essential to conduct your own research on suitable materials at this stage, as my model is still in its infancy. In the Slicer image, you can see the left half of the cell design. To test the fit, I've cut the inner cell housing in two and inserted it into a pipe - the result is a remarkably good fit.
