Glow stick dimensions are precisely 4.5mm x 38.8mm. To optimize cannon performance, tilt it at an angle of around 10 or 15 degrees while positioning the magazine to lean upward. This setup ensures smooth ammo feeding. Secure a rubber band in place near where the loading arm stops, forcing each shot into position with ease. Strategically position springs under the launcher, keeping in mind that overly strong springs can jam the mechanism. Instead, opt for lighter springs initially and adjust as needed. A stepper motor is ideal for driving the gear, but avoid over-filing the teeth on the gear and rack to prevent jams. It's also essential to strip down the gear to only four functioning teeth; an updated design might feature a fixed gear instead.
