Mini Glass Bed Holder for 140mm Glass

This is a revised version of the Glass Bed Mounting bracket designed to fit snugly over a 140mm by 140mm piece of borosilicate glass, effectively expanding your print bed so you can set your X and Y dimensions to 130 for extra printing space. The design provides convenient access to the adjustment screws, eliminating the need to remove the glass when leveling your bed. The revised bracket comes with two parts: a front bracket featuring a cutout for the hot end homing position, and a rear bracket designed for optimal stability. With this modification, I've found that my Mini 3D printer can safely home on the hotend without any issues, preventing print head jams and associated problems. I printed this revised design using TechOrbits ABS Red with the following settings: layer thickness 0.2mm, infill density 50%, bed temperature 240°C, and a 80°C chamber temperature.
