I'd be happy to test the waters for a new design on thingiverse! This V-Quadcopter is still a work in progress and hasn't even taken to the skies yet, but I'm eager to hear some feedback from the community to tweak it. My friend Emaglio, creator of the Mini FPV Tricopter, thought this was a great idea, and I've got my fingers crossed that everyone will be pleased with the design. For those who might run into issues with the STLs, please note that they have been adjusted to fit my own printer - I widened the rear arm slots by 0.3mm. If you experience any problems, I'd be happy to update the files! This build relies on the following components: * SunnySky 2204 2300kV motors * Gemfan 5x3 Props * Magic 12A ESCs with SimonK firmware * A 3S 1200mah-1300mah battery (size dependent) * Naze32 Flight Controller * PZ0420M FPV Camera * 3mm hardware for assembly To assemble the V-Quadcopter, follow these simple steps: You'll need an assortment of 3mm hex bolts and nuts - specifically 10mm, 15mm, and 35mm. Assembly is a snap, with everything fitting together nicely. Here are some printing settings to keep in mind: * Bottom Solid Layers: 3 * Top Solid Layers: 3 * Layer height: 0.2mm * Number of Perimeters: 2 Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions - I'd love to hear your feedback!
