As I genuinely adore the Mini FPV Tri by EMaglio, I opted to design a conversion kit to VTAIL, because VTAIL's surpass those of Tris and Quads for multiple reasons. At first, I hesitated sharing it since this was just an unpolished prototype drawing. Yet, upon seeing it take shape once printed and installed, its raw appearance impressed me enough that I decided to share it anyway - so bold it looked that it left me awestruck! Remember that this conversion is a work in progress; there will undoubtedly be updates to the design going forward. The current layout caters specifically to drones with 280mm arm span and motors from DYS Motors, characterized by their unique mounting pattern of 16mm. It's worth noting that I used an optimal print setting: 0.15mm layer height in high-impact ABS material.
