Mini Flashlight
thingiverse
I'm always getting those cool light up pens from tech fairs or business meetings and thought the coolest part was just the flashing light. But if you take apart these pens, you'll find an LED light module inside that's really bright, so I decided to build a flashlight out of it. Check it out - my light module has a push button on the back that switches the light on/off, making it behave like a real tactical light. This is just a basic version, about 2.5 inches long. If you want to print this light for your own LED module, here are some notes: my light module dimensions are as follows: LED Module Dimensions 40.12 mm long 38 mm compressed (when the on/off button is pressed) 9.25 mm in diameter The LED bulb itself is 4.75 mm in diameter. I've also included a couple of clips if you want to use them - I attach mine to my hat, backpack or sun visor. The clip is basic, but I plan on designing some other light mounts as time allows.
