I was in search of a small, delicate knob that I could manually turn on my extruder. There is a comprehensive file available that allows you to pause at specific heights (3.01mm and 14.99mm). Alternatively, you can print the individual components and assemble them yourself. If there's enough interest, I may develop a click-based system for this project as well.
