Mini Figure Motorcycle

This Motorcycle is designed to complement the Mobile Mini Figure v2.0 by azraelho, published on Thingiverse on May 29, 2014. It prints best at very high resolution and slower speed in PLA. The frame features a break-away support structure, eliminating the need for added support structures when slicing parts. This project is still a work in progress, but I've printed and assembled it while making adjustments to the models. YES, the wheels do turn. This was a fun pandemic weekend project. Once assembled, the Motorcycle measures approximately 1 inch by 2 inches by 3/4 inch. I've updated most of the models to refine various aspects. The handlebars are now in a better position for the figure to grasp with upward-pointing posts angled forward and inward for easy handling. I've also reduced the cylinders for foot pegs to accommodate the figure legs, improved the seat design, and increased clearance between the rear fender and wheel. I've been printing with a 0.2 mm first layer height, 0.12 layer height, 50 m per second, and 100% infill for the Motorcycle halves, figures, handlebars, etc. The Wheels were printed at a 0.2 layer height throughout. Remember to use soap to aid assembly where parts may be tight and Krazy Glue (Kragle) to secure items - always follow manufacturer directions safely.
