Mini Figure 4 Wheeler

This 4 Wheeler is design to go with Mobile Mini Figure v2.0 by azraelho published on Thingiverse on May 29, 2014. It prints best on very high resolution at slower speed in PLA. The frame has designed in break away support structure so no need to add support structure for any of the parts when you slice them. This is still a work in progress but you can see that I have printed and assembled it while tweaking the models. Check out my mini-figure motorcycle too. YES. The Wheels Turn. Fun pandemic weekend project. 4 Wheeler is approx. 1 1/4" x 2" x 1 1/4" once assembled. I've been printing with a .2 mm 1st layer height, .15 Layer Height, 50 m per second, 100% infill for the Motorcycle halves, figures. Handle bars etc. the Wheels I printed at a .2 layer height throughout. Don't forget to use Soap to aid assy. where parts may be tight and Kragle (Krazy Glue) to secure items - use safely following manufacturer directions. Post-Printing Trim and file as needed. 1.) Loose fit two sides of 4 Wheeler body and handle bars together. The disc on the handle bars fits in the slot at the top of the 4 wheeler psuedo steering column. Once aligned well Glue the 3 pieces together. 2.) Assemble Axles and wheels to body then place one clip on each axle end. Use a very small amount of glue on clip at axle interface. Obviously, don't let glue run down Axle to wheel. 3.) Glue Seat in place over "T" on body of motorcycle in seat area. 4.) Add Mini-Figure if desired and enjoy. Hint: A dry bar of soap makes a great lubricant to help assemble 3D Prints or for moving parts.
