I purchased the GoPro Hero 7 for my big Drak, but then I wanted to mount it on the Mini Drak. Zanthor's design is excellent, but I decided to modify it to suit my preferences. First and foremost, it was designed to be printed in TPU. However, I'm not a fan of TPU and find it challenging to print well. Consequently, this version can be printed in ABS or PETG instead. To accommodate the GoPro 7, I had to enlarge the bay significantly. I also added a slot for a velcro strap to ensure a secure fit. EDIT: Interestingly, printing this design in TPU yields impressive results, especially when combined with the added security of a strap. This print is compatible with a standard HS1177 camera, and I enlarged the lens area to accommodate a 2.5 or possibly even a 2.1 lens (17.5mm diameter). Lastly, Zanthor's idea involves cutting off more of your fuse and using the print as the front bulkhead. While this might shift CG further back, personally, I'm not fond of reducing the nose so drastically. Therefore, I created a more compact version that still allows for at least 1/2" or more of coroplast in front. I haven't flown it yet, but if I find it doesn't perform well, I may consider cutting it off and using the bulkhead version instead.
