A lid to mount your esc for much better cooling is available in standard inch size format. You may or may not want to add a heatsink on top of the esc, which will then protrude above the lid for maximum cooling of your esc. To secure the front end of the lid, you will need the mounting brace I made as well. The mounting block is fixed with glue. The esc lid can slide under one side and lock on the other with thumb screws. The battery lid can be glued or screwed to the mounting block. You will need to tap the holes with a 1/4-20 tap. I will probably just use shoe goo to fasten the esc to the plate. You can use your imagination and mount it however you need to.
