Mini Drak Battery Cover

I decided to spend my lockdown making parts for my Drak, even though I'm not an engineer. The plan was simple: attach part A to the original screws with some glue, and add a small V-shaped design to allow the lid to fold back smoothly. Part B required some clever shaping, so I added more Vs to help it take its desired form. This way, when clipped into place in Part A, everything would fit together seamlessly. I chose PETG for my prints, as it consistently produces strong and flexible results that I've come to rely on. To ensure a smooth finish, I ran my printer with painters tape - yes, I know it's unconventional, but it works! My print settings were: bed temperature at 70 degrees Celsius, head temperature at 235 degrees Celsius, 10% infill for added strength, and three layers on top and bottom to seal everything in place.
