Mini Disc Markers

I've been searching online for a decent Mini Disc model and all I could find are scans of large discs shrunk down to mini size, which raised several concerns about the thin walls and flimsy construction. As an avid disc golfer and son of a mechanical engineer, I decided to take matters into my own hands by creating my own design using CAD software. The result is a mini disc that's more in line with its actual size and substance. The design features a rounded curve on top and a straight edge underneath, with two variations differing only in the underside of the disc. One version has a 90-degree angle at the rim, while the other has a chamfered curve leading down to the base. If you have access to 123D Designer, you can easily add your own custom design elements to create personalized embossed mini discs - which is exactly what I did with this design. This design can be printed in any preferred filament, but I chose ABS for its smooth and shiny finish after an Acetone Vapor Bath. Print settings: Printer: Tronxy P802M Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.4mm Nozzle Infill: 70% Notes: These settings worked well for me, but feel free to adjust as needed. If you're interested in printing this design blank, consider flipping it upside down for better results. I'm using Slic3r with a 1.1 multiplier for the final extrusion and concentric infill settings for the top and bottom layers, with honeycomb for the rest.
