Mini delta kossel with Igus stuff and fly extruder

thingiverse

In this period, I was working on a couple of deltas. One is built using OB-like wheels. The other one, this one, is built using igus stuff. I used RJ4JP-08 for linear sliding on the tower and KBRM 06 CL J4 as rod ends. The structure was made using metal corners and aluminum profiles. The metal corners were cut from 1.5mm thick metal sheets and bent into shape. In this mini build, I have a 12cm printer diameter and a 30cm print height. I managed to install a fly extruder on it. It works really fast and really well! I still need to complete and close it, but it's working already. It can work like an inverted delta as well. And it will absorb only 70W (I'm using a trusty notebook universal PSU). If you want to see it in action, watch the video or check my YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vxUAPeOjZ0c and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEqtcLgByVM. If you have any questions, let me know and I'll try to answer as fast as I can. From time to time, I'll upload all the files here.
