Small mold to make fletching for small bolts. The bolt this is designed for has a diameter of 3.8mm or .15 inch, which can be found in most hobby stores as wooden rods. Use a moderately flexible glue between two pieces of paper around the rod that exceeds the size of the mold. I used post-it notes to get the job done. Next, use a clamp or vice grip to press the mold tightly around the paper and rod. Let the glue set before trimming away excess paper from the outside of the mold or patterned area imprinted by the mold.
