Mini Critter Piano - MIDI Controller

thingiverse

This is a compact piano/synth (inspired by Critter & Guitari's "Organelle") designed to transmit MIDI signals directly to your preferred digital audio workstation. It can be used as any button or knob controller and accommodates 12mm buttons, four potentiometers (knobs), and one LED (5mm). For the buttons, visit http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1400499 and scale them up by 155% before attaching a small, affordable tactile button (http://amzn.to/2dq4nVs) beneath them to create a fully functional, fully printed mini synth/midi controller. To complete this project, consider the following: - Teensy 2.0 circuit board: http://amzn.to/2d05u8O - Sugru Moldable Glue for mounting buttons: http://amzn.to/2cp0k5E - A full tutorial on how to wire and code can be found at http://djtechtools.com/2015/08/25/how-to-make-your-own-diy-midi-controller/ Print Settings: Printer: XYZ DaVinci 1.0 Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Fine Infill: 10% Notes: Use a 5mm brim to prevent warping, and add supports for the enclosure as there is a slot for the USB plug.
