Mini Corner Clamp
thingiverse
Basic corner clamp I came up with to help with the dollhouse I'm working on. I designed it for 1/4in plywood miter joints, but it fits 1/2in plywood as well. I like it because it's pretty solid with a base to keep things even while I'm working with the pieces and helps squeeze the ends together to get a nice tight fit. The grey one in the pictures was my first print, I ended up making the base a little taller to allow for the bolt cover. Each clamp will need: 1x M5x0.8 x50mm hex bolt 1x M5x0.8 hex nut 1x M5 washer To assemble: When it's first printed, everything is a tight fit, but after using it a couple times or playing with it, it loosens up and works beautifully. Washer on the bolt, then screw it into the outside clamp portion. Once its mostly through, flip the inside portion upside down and slip the hex nut into it and screw the nut into it. Push the bolt cover over the hex end of the bolt, it'll be a tight fit, so you won't need glue or anything to keep it on snug. To loosen it up a bit, just push the bolt in and out of the outside side of the clamp to shave down the inside of the bolt hole.
