MINI Cooper Key Fob Trim Ring

My wife needed a custom color trim ring for her MINI Cooper key, so I designed one using Fusion 360. Now you can personalize your key fob by printing it in any color you want or matching the color of your car. Important: Keep in mind that these rings do not grip the key as tightly as the original, so you might need to add a small amount of adhesive to keep them secure. I would advise against using super glue unless you're looking for a permanent solution. After several days of use without any additional adhesive, my printed rings still haven't come loose. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer Model: Duplicator i3 V2 Raft Thickness: Doesn't Matter Supports Needed: No Resolution: 0.2mm or lower Infill Percentage: 100% Recommended Print Settings: Layer Height: 0.2mm or lower for the best results. Using a nozzle of 0.4mm or smaller is also recommended, as the thinnest point of the model has walls that are 0.4mm thick. The models shown were printed at 0.1mm layer heights with an initial layer height of 0.2mm and a 0.4mm nozzle.
