We're excited about Mini Cookie Cutters, approximately 30mm, 22.5mm and 15mm long, that we'll be using to create tiny gingerbread cookies. We've opted for a single train size of roughly 30mm in length to help bring out the creativity and make our cookie cutting process much simpler. Our gingerbread decorations are set to feature in this year's entry at the 2015 GingerBread Jubilee fundraiser. This marks our fifth consecutive year participating, and we have already entered two stunning pieces.
