Mini conveyor
thingiverse
A Mini conveyor built with a 12V motor that drives its movements. Designed to replicate my printer's functionality, I intentionally made the holes slightly oversized for better airflow. Supports were only added to the motor torque arm, which is responsible for handling the motor's rotational force. The conveyor uses 8mm flanged ballbearings with an inside diameter of 3mm and a width of 2.5mm, commonly found in Airsoft models. The motor was sourced from Ebay: a Mini 12V DC Motor equipped with a Full Metal Speed Reduction Gear that reaches 60RPM with a Pull Wheel. The axle measures 3mm, while all the bolts and other hardware are M3-sized. A Ninjaflex belt forms one loop, printed to ensure flexibility, while the rest of the conveyor's components were printed at 0.1mm resolution in PLA material.
