This conveyor mechanism is actuated by one N20 3mm DC 6V 200RPM Metal Gear motor. The conveyor mechanism alone measures ~9.5cm width and ~9cm high. Including the housing for the motor increases the width to ~18cm. The length is up to the user. In my case the conveyor has a length of 11 cm. I also designed a crate that can be used to catch the parts as they are falling from the conveyor. The housing for the motor has a section where a circuit board for the motor driver can be put. I have also provided a cable management channel for the wires running from the motor driver to the motor. To assemble the conveyor mechanism the following parts are needed: - 4 corner brackets - 4 roller supports - 2rollers - 1 motor support - 1 motor support cover - At least 20 pairs of M3 bolts and nuts (if you plan to screw 2 out of 4 four holes) - 1 crate Note that I willingly omitted one roller support that is next to the motor.
