This 3D model was originally crafted using Sketchup 8, before being seamlessly converted into every other essential 3D format available. The native format is undoubtedly .skp, while the 3ds Max scene boasts an impressive version of 2016, and features a rendered visual with Vray 3.00. The first floor is equipped with ADA bathrooms, a fully-stocked mini-kitchen, an expansive library, modern computer workstations, and a spacious reception area. Easy access to the handicapped at the rear makes this facility truly inclusive. The 2nd and 3rd floors are left open, allowing for limitless potential, while boasting high ceilings that stretch up to 9 feet in height and offering ample storage space. Even the attic is left untouched, flaunting its own lofty ceiling which soars all the way up to the ridgeline and comes complete with secure storage. And at the centre's core stands a remarkable double-height round room situated proudly within the tower itself. To add even more convenience, an elevator connects each of the 4 levels seamlessly. This magnificent model owes a significant debt to its inspirational roots - one model caught my eye on Sky Island, and I would like to extend sincere gratitude to that brilliant creator for serving as my source of inspiration.
