Here are the two key parts of my simple Mini CNC Plotter's construction that some readers asked to see. The base section is secured directly to the vertical DVD drive, which in turn holds two metal rod mounts. These rods then guide a slider housing for the pen holder (glued securely), creating a mechanism that can be easily lifted and lowered using a servo horn properly positioned.
