mini clamp for 3D printer bed
thingiverse
I use this clamp to mount a GoPro into the bed of my 3D printer. I have a Cetus3D but I believe it will work well in many other 3D printers and with other cameras. A timelapse video using the clamp can be seen at https://youtu.be/Vy3xy-Z2EsY. I needed a clamp for making time lapse videos from my printings. I used one that comes into the great Modular Mounting System, but it was too tall and obstructed the view of the printer bed. Then I modified this simpler clamp and made it as small as possible for this specific use while preserving its strength. I also added the GoPro connecting system from one of the pieces of the Modular Mounting System. The whole setup uses the Axis Change Connector and the Arm_v3_60 from the Modular Mounting System, and a GoPro mounting case (I had to reduce its dimensions slightly so the camera will be more tight and won't shake too much) at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:941237. FUSION 360 model can be found at https://a360.co/2wOgNQp, thanks to CherHubert for suggesting it on Thingiverse.
