This is a mounting cradle that enhances support for mini CIM when attached to a VersaPlanetary parallel mount (217-4178 and 217-4179). Mounting it will prevent the gearbox from sagging, ensuring optimal performance. Countersunk holes are provided for #8 socket head bolts, allowing for secure installation. To facilitate this process, install the cradle before attaching the gearbox, as attempting to do so afterwards will make it impossible to secure two of the bolts in place.
