I had trouble finding a suitable small cable raceway or cable management system, so I decided to create one based on a larger version I purchased from Amazon. It's primarily designed for use with 22awg Arduino wires or a few USB cords, nothing too bulky. I believe it should be easy to scale up in the slicer to any desired size. Additionally, I've included the Fusion360 file if anyone wants to modify it themselves. It takes around 45 minutes to print a pair of these cable management systems. Currently, the tolerances are not very tight, so if your printer is more accurately calibrated than mine, you might experience some lid slippage.
