I created this as a dare for a friend who's into getting stoned, but I haven't printed it yet so I'm still on the hook. The reference picture showing an X-Ray is not accurate - it's missing an internal component. To get good results, use a transparent SBS Max infill setting. When slicing, place supports manually and review the layers carefully since this product holds liquid. The V2 version makes removing supports much easier; to close it back up, cover the sides with plenty of glue.
