MINI BBALL HOOP MK2

I Make a New Mini Basketball Hoop for My Son, and It's a Game Changer! I designed this mini basketball hoop as a replacement for my son's old one. The original MK1 was printed in one piece from Thingiverse (582302), but it didn't last long despite its slam dunks - it eventually gave out. So I decided to create a new version using mixed materials, including a metal ring that would provide better durability and visual appeal. Instructions: To make the ring, I used an aluminum bar with a 7.5mm diameter and 0.8mm wall thickness from my local hardware store. I thought these dimensions were perfect for my project, but to create a circular shape, I needed to bend it. That's when I decided to build a roll bender (835165), which allowed me to form the metal by hand into an approximate diameter of 170mm. The two lower arms are made from M4 threaded bars.
