UPDATE *5/12/2020* I've been pretty busy lately, so I haven't had much time to work on this project. A huge thank you goes out to WoodyInMD and Syl20M for stepping up with their fantastic remixes! I've added a few files that might be useful. First off are the V2 files of the 1606 mount, which include the cooling scoops. Second, we have a version of the Nacelle I was working on with xanderk for the stock 1806 motor. We call this the 'ARtem Silencer'! It has a cleaner overall shape and uses M3 screws. I'm happy to provide the STEP files to anyone who'd like to use these as a design starting point. Just send me your email address, and I'll get them sent over. Extended nacelle for Mini AR Wing with provision for an Emax 1606 motor. Moving the propeller further back really reduces noise significantly. I've been able to get about 15 minutes of almost silent flight (75% throttle and under) using the Emax 1606-4000kv, a 3" prop, and a 4s 850mAh lipo battery. I'm using the stock ESC, by the way. This plane flies beautifully with this motor. It's very fast when you open it up, but it cruises and climbs nicely at about 1/3rd stick. Here are the instructions: Hardware Required: (2) M2 x 4 SHCS Consumables: CA + Accelerator FOAM-TAC (optional) 1. Use CA + Accelerator, or FOAM-TAC to attach the Fuse_Mount directly over the stock ply motor mount. 2. You can glue the two pieces of the nacelle together using CA, or simply align the faces and screw the motor in place. 3. Secure the nacelle to the Fuse_Mount using (2) M2 x 4 SHCS
