Mini Amp Rack v3
thingiverse
Wanted a rack with ventilation to hold my various amps. The slot to the right is for an fiiO Q1 Mark headphone amp. Top rack is for suca tube amp and bottom is for fosi tpa3116 mini power amp. This is my v3 with increased cooling for the fiiO via chimney stacks that wrap around the fiO. I will be working on v4 with tighter tolerances for the inset on the faceplate. Currently you will have to grind/melt/sand down the verticle inset for the fosi in the front and rear. There is an inset on the bottom for an 80mm fan. Print is successful and functional with a little sanding in the bottom amp area. Use a support blocker for the fiiO compartment and use lines for easy cleanup, the top tolerance is large enough in the fiiO compartment that a little drooping will not affect fit.. The grove bellow the fio compartment is for running two aux cables; a 3.5mm amazon basics extension wrapped under the desk for headphone use and a 3.5mm to rca going to tube amp. Grove can fit the tip of an amazon basics 3.5mm to really hide the second cable. V4 will have more focus on cooling (as it sits now things don't get too hot with the 80mm fan) and cleaning up the amp faceplate insets to flush mount in without and gaps.
