A starter is an incredibly useful tool that makes quick work of locking down large quantities of identical screws, saving a substantial amount of time and elbow grease in the process. Its efficiency is extremely high, but there is a catch - if the torque gets out of hand, it can easily strip the screw head. To avoid this, make sure to calibrate the torque before use.
